Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location was perfect, right in the center of Valladolid, allowing us to explore the local cenotes and Mayan sites easily, the room had its drawbacks. The noise levels were high due to its proximity to the restaurant and pool, and the bathroom had an odd setup that led to unpleasant odors. The service was friendly, but there were minor inconveniences like carts rumbling past early in the morning. The dining experience was below expectations, and the facilities left something to be desired.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had some good features like electrical plugs by the bed and good lighting, but mine was unfortunately next to a very noisy room and a terrace with music until 11 pm. The location was perfect for exploring the city and surrounding areas, with some noise from the restaurant and kitchen noted. The dining options were nice with regional food choices, but the service was inconsistent. The staff were kind and welcoming, yet there were instances of rudeness. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
